Welcome to the IAFF Fit to Survive Menu Planner!

Plan ahead for each day, week and month! Each day's meals add up to approximately 2,200 calories and include recipes with complete nutritional information. The calendar below provides you with the opportunity to view individual meals. It also provides links to the FTS Meal Generator tool that allows you to search for recipes by ingredient or search for alternative recipes.

MONTHLY MENU PLANNER
Click an individual meal to view the associated menu to the right of the calendar. Click the "Customize Meal" link in that menu to customize the meal in the FTS Meal Generator tool. Click the "Print Monthly Menu" button to print the monthly menu planner.
